The study includes a 228-question survey designed to provide manufacturers with information they can use to quickly identify problems and drive improvement.
Cadillac continues to gain momentum in the market, registering 16 consecutive months of year-to-year retail sales increases in the U.S. Cadillac’s marketplace gains have been driven by consistently strong demand for the Escalade line of luxury SUVs, the CTS family of luxury cars and the SRX crossover.
